Applications are now re-opened for Artist and Vendor tables at Shikkaricon 2019! We have extremely limited spots available.
Pricing is as follows:
Artists: $50 for 6ft table; one per artist
Vendors: $100 for 12×6 space
Payment will be accepted via Ticketbud only; you will be sent a payment link if your application is accepted. Payment must be made within one week of acceptance or your spot will be given to the next accepted vendor/artist.
Each table comes with two chairs. You will need to supply a table cloth/table covering for your table(s). We will have limited access to outlets, so if you need electric please keep this in mind.

How will you be determining who gets a table?
We will be using a juried process to decide what artists/vendors may have space at the con. We do not want to have an over saturation of one type of product or fandom(s) versus another. We also want selling to be fair for all of our vendors/artists. Priority will be given to artists/vendors who previously applied and were accepted.
You will be notified via email if your application has been accepted/denied/waitlisted. All decisions are final.
What is/is not allowed?
No 18+ material (that includes hentai) or selling of cosplay prints will be allowed. Weapons, including prop weapons are not allowed to be sold.
Will we be able to load in the day/night before?
We will not be able to load in until the day of since we have the center rented out for Saturday and Sunday. We also are not able to get into the building until a certain time in the morning on Saturday. You will have at least two hours to set up.
